We are excited to release two new features to kick things off in 2021. You can now search for a company
From your Companies page, click on the top left Search icon and easily load up companies with whom you’ve shared confidential documents in the past. This feature also works with Archived companies.
Access Pass Expiration
When sending an envelope to someone, Pima generates a unique access link to that email address. For security purposes, that link will only be valid for a single click to prevent the recipient from forwarding the email to a group of people that could access your confidential documents.
Sometimes, especially with large enterprise companies (SP500, banks etc.), a spam filter will click the link before the email arrives in your recipient’s inbox, rendering the link expired before your recipient could click on it. With this release, Pima is moving away from a single “Default” Request Center and adds support for multiple of them.
Organize your Documents and Agreements per category and decide which document can be requested on which page.

Tired of sending the same contracts over and over? Group your Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Data Protection Addendum (DPA for GDPR) together and allow your customers to request them.
Combine all your Security documents in one page. Pentest results, SOC2 Reports, Infrastructure diagrams, anything goes. With this feature, you can now resend an envelope to your contacts. This is an easy way to nudge a prospect who hasn’t signed an agreement yet!
To access this feature, first, click on a Company name, then look for the desired envelope and click on Details. You can now manually Resend links to the appropriate contacts.

Support for multiple agreements is finally here! In its first version, Pima only supported a single Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to share documents. This release allows you to share any type of standard agreement, allowing you to decide which agreement to use based on the business relationship you are establishing with a prospect or customer.
Your customers can now request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA, or a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for GDPR and sign them on the fly!
